Nat, one of the founders of the agency, has been involved with the media in various guises for more than a decade. He works extensively in TV & Radio as a broadcaster and writer, and presents shows on ESPN & the BBC. He oversees all creative content and production at the agency.

He challenges his team to think for a living, and to distance themselves from, in no particular order: mediocrity, pomposity, cliché and the collected works of Dan Brown. His heroes are TS Eliot, Jim Henson and John Candy.
