HEROES AND VILLAINS FEATURED IN TIMES MAGAZINE

The Hoxton Pony’s new Thursday member’s night, Heroes and Villains, was featured in a Times Magazine piece last Saturday. Following a noticeable increase in people out on a Thursday night, the magazine used the trendy Shoreditch venue as an example of what is on offer. GRAFFITI BATTLE AT THE HOXTON PONY

The Hoxton Pony and Monorex present Secret Wars All Star Battle on November 4th from 7pm. The event features the UK’s number one beatboxer, Reeps 1, and will also mark the unveiling of a specially commissioned graffiti design created by the award winning creative collective Monorex. GYMKHANA AT THE HOXTON PONY

HOXTON PONY'S FIRST BIRTHDAY

The Hoxton Pony, the split-level, 400-capacity bar and restaurant in Shoreditch that couples innovative mixology with cutting edge design, celebrated its 1st birthday with a special weekend of revelry on the 5th – 6th June 2009. Friday 5th June saw the return of The Hoxton Pony residents from Junior Boy’s Own, the iconic House label that discovered artists such as The Chemical Brothers and Underworld in the 1990s. In honour of the occasion, renowned pioneer of the label, Terry Farley was joined by label comrade Pete Heller for an exclusive birthday set. On Saturday 6th June, special DJs took to the decks to carry on the celebrations in style. DJ Joe Le Groove, AKA Radikal Groove headlined the night with his unique brand of House, Techno and Breaks.
